PumpPlace — Terms, Risk & Privacy

Last updated: 2026. PumpPlace is a skill-based, real-money player-versus-player arena game settled in the $PPlace SPL token on the Solana blockchain.

Real money. You can lose what you stake. PumpPlace is a game of skill played for real value. If a larger player eats your cell, your in-game balance transfers to them. Only play with value you can afford to lose. PumpPlace is not gambling, not an investment, and offers no guaranteed or expected profit.

Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and legally permitted to take part in skill-based real-money contests where you live. Access from jurisdictions where such contests are prohibited is not permitted. You are responsible for compliance with your local laws.

2. The game

PumpPlace is a contest of skill. Outcomes are determined by player input and strategy in real time — there is no random "house" outcome, dealer, or wager against the operator. You connect a self-custodial Solana wallet, deposit $PPlace to an in-game balance, pay an entry fee to spawn, and grow your cell by out-playing other players. Your cell's size equals your in-game balance.

3. Economy & fees

Entry: a fixed entry fee per spawn. Most of the fee is seeded onto the map as food (re-collectable by you and others); a small platform fee is retained.
Eating players: when you eat another player's cell you keep 90% of its value, 9% bursts back onto the map as food, and a 1% platform fee is retained.
Mass decay: very large cells slowly shed value back onto the map as food (an anti-camping mechanic). This value re-enters the arena; it is not taken by the operator.
Winning: reaching the win threshold banks a fixed payout to your wallet. Any value above the threshold, and the post-win residue, re-enters the arena as food / platform fee as described in the in-game "How the money works" panel.

4. Deposits & withdrawals

Deposits credit your in-game balance after on-chain confirmation. Withdrawals are paid to the wallet you played from and are subject to review and a cooldown period before processing for security and anti-fraud reasons. We process withdrawals as fast as those checks allow; timing is not instantaneous.

5. Fair play

All balances, mass, and eat-events are computed and validated server-side; a tampered or spoofed client cannot create value. Cheating, exploiting, multi-accounting to collude, or abusing the economy may result in suspension and forfeiture.

6. No warranty

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PumpPlace is not liable for losses arising from gameplay outcomes, token price movements, wallet/key mismanagement, or network conditions.

Risk Disclosure

You can lose your entire entry and in-game balance to other players. Many players net-lose over time.
$PPlace is a volatile crypto-asset; its value can change rapidly and may go to zero.
There is no guaranteed, expected, or passive income. Returns depend on your skill and the outcome of each match.
On-chain transactions cannot be reversed. You are solely responsible for your wallet and private keys.

Privacy

We collect the minimum needed to run the game: your public Solana wallet address, on-chain deposit/withdrawal transaction signatures, gameplay events (spawns, eats, balances, sessions), and basic technical logs. We do not request your name, email, or government ID to play. Your wallet address is a pseudonymous public identifier. We do not sell personal data. On-chain activity is public by the nature of the blockchain.

Responsible Play

Only deposit value you can afford to lose. Set yourself a limit before you play.
PumpPlace is entertainment and a test of skill, not a way to make a living or recover losses.
If play stops being fun, take a break. To request a cooldown or self-exclusion on your wallet, contact support below.
